Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Wrong Size or Wrong Item Delivered

If you received the wrong size or wrong product, please contact us immediately.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Pyjamas, rompers, innerwear

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the item must be:

  • In original packing
  • With all tags attached

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:
